Tech Ninjas are looking for an ambitious and experienced Chief Technology Officer to join a small and growing technology company based in Leeds City Centre on a hybrid-working basis (3 days per week in the office).
They have developed a cutting-edge decision analytics platform that uses artificial intelligence and Azure technologies to help their clients across numerous industry verticals to make faster and better decisions – the have a unique focus on helping their clients to boost profitability and growth, whilst simultaneously enabling a transition to a more sustainable business model!
The purpose of this role, as CTO, is to drive the development of this product forwards, as a critical member of their Senior Leadership team. In doing so, you will lead a growing technical team of Software Developers & Data Science professionals, providing clear strategic direction and guidance, and will interact regularly and knowledgeably with customers about the product and service offering. This is an excellent opportunity to drive this business forward from a technical standpoint, working closely with their Owners/Directors as they embark on a period of substantial growth.
This role would be well-suited to a CTO with strong competencies in Azure, Artificial Intelligence, Application Development and Business Intelligence, who is looking to make a real and tangible impact to this growing company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the role of CTO or similar
- Track-record of success in developing out various products/solutions
- Strong competencies/knowledge base in Azure & Artificial Intelligence/Data Science
- Technical hands-on development background
- Exceptional communication skills
Benefits:
- Salary up to £150,000 depending on experience
- Pension – total of 8% with 3% company contribution
- Annual leave – 24 days plus bank holidays
